Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.
If 44ph determines that a player holds more than one account, 44ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts, and return only the original deposited funds, subject to verification. Deliberate creation of duplicate accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions or other platform rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All games available on the 44ph platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The outcome of each game is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by 44ph or any third party.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 44ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 44ph platform without prior written consent from 44ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 44ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 44ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 44ph informally by contacting our support team. 44ph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
44ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 44ph will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
